1428 Euclid Street Tenants Association: $800,000 loan for the 1428 Euclid Street Tenants Association to acquire, rehabilitate, and convert their 26-unit apartment building in Columbia Heights to a
cooperative.

Manna Inc.: Increased line of credit to $1,000,000 to enable Manna to complete the condominiums at Syphax Village in Southwest.

H Street CDC: Closed $450,000 loan for acquisition of a commercial parcel at 4th and Rhode Island Avenue NE to demolish the dilapidated structures and replace with a 39,190 sq. ft. retail center.

East of the River CDC : Increased line of credit to $1,000,000 to enable ERCDC to acquire and develop properties in Ward 8.

Greater Washington Urban League: $25,000 Grant to cover operating costs as they continue their renovation of the Hines Funeral building as their new headquarters.

Bright Beginnings: $24,000 grant to hire a consultant to conduct a strategic planning process with their Board of Directors.
