Atlas Performing Arts Center: $25,000 grant to support their inaugural Stagecraft Job Training program and their Afterschool program in music, theatre and dance.

Beacon House: $100,000 grant in partnership with the NFL Grassroots program to support a new natural grass football field, bleachers and scoreboard at the Edgewood Recreation Center in Northeast.

Bright Beginnings: $25,000 grant to support their expansion to a second site east of the Anacostia River. Bright Beginnings provides high quality early childhood development to homeless children.

Building Bridges Across the River: $53,250 grant to support the work of the Community Safety and Services Coordinator in Parklands, AND a $22,000 grant in partnership with State Farm to support the Vehicles for Change program, which provides quality used cars to lower income working families.

Community of Hope: $50,000 grant to help conduct a capital campaign for their new South Capital Health Center in Congress Heights.

Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development: $50,000 grant to support their training and communications efforts.

DC Promise Neighborhood Initiative: $30,000 grant to support their first year of operations. GALA Hispanic Theatre: $30,000 grant for operating support.

Habitat for Humanity: $75,000 Green Loan to cover the incremental cost of green products into 12 housing units in the Ivy City neighborhood AND a $25,000 grant to support the green building capacity of staff.

Higher Achievement Program: $50,000 grant in partnership with State Farm to support the newly opened Ward 8 Achievement Center at Savoy Elementary School.

Jubilee JumpStart: $25,000 operating support grant to the organization in its first year of operations. Jubilee JumpStart is an affordable, early childhood education provider in Adams Morgan, serving 50 children

Manna Inc: $25,000 grant in partnership with the Home Depot Foundation to incorporate green and energy efficient features into 1029 Perry St. NE, The Willowbrook Condominiums; AND $50,000 recoverable grant for working capital as they sell units in several recently completely condominiums; AND $50,000 operating support grant to support their affordable housing production and homebuyers club.

Mi Casa: $25,000 grant in partnership with the Home Depot Foundation to support energy efficient features including green roofs at 1302- 1304 Gallaudet St and 1917 Capitol Ave NE in the Ivy City neighborhood; AND $50,000 operating support grant as they move a number of multifamily tenant purchase projects through the development process.

St. James Mutual Housing: $25,000 grant to help cover predevelopment costs associated with the redevelopment of 107 unit limited equity cooperative in Southwest

Transitional Housing Corporation: $30,000 grant to support their affordable housing development and preservation work with several tenants associations.

Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers: $25,000 grant to support the Community Development Support Collaborative
