Artisans Program of Covenant House Washington – $7,700 grant to support their marketing and fundraising efforts.

Building Bridges Across the River- $50,000 grant to support the ongoing work of the Community Services and Safety Coordinator in and around the Congress Heights neighborhood.

Elizabeth Ministry- $2 Million construction loan for the development of 27 units of supportive housing for young mothers aging out of foster care. Located along the 200 block of 55th Street NE, this project will also contain a ground level childcare center.

Elizabeth Ministry- $25,000 grant to support operations at their office space on Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave. NE.

Jubilee Jumpstart- $6,140 grant that helped create a business plan for their newly opened childcare center in the Adams Morgan neighborhood.

Manna Inc. – $1 Million construction loan for Cardozo condominiums, a 15 unit new construction project at 1343 Clifton St. NW in the Columbia Heights neighborhood.

Mi Casa- $200,000 construction loan for the renovation of a vacant, city-owned single family home in the Trinidad neighborhood.

Mi Casa- $25,000 grant to support their multifamily division as they continue to work with tenants associations throughout the City who are in the process of purchasing and renovating their properties.

New Community for Children- $10,000 grant to support their truancy initiative in the Shaw neighborhood.
